Hi there! I am so glad and proud of you for being here because it means it's been difficult for you lately, but you're still putting on a fight! Even if it feels scary or just too hard, or if you had a not-so-pleasant experience with therapy before, together, we will make sure this is a great step for you.

Whatever your reason for seeking out therapy, I’m dedicated to helping you find your way to better mental health. I can help you heal from previous trauma or an abusive relationship, or to overcome depression and anxiety, or to just embark on a journey toward self-discovery and figuring out life-direction. I help immigrants bridge the cultural gap & feel home away from home.

If you're struggling in your relationship, it might give you hope to know that it actually takes more than love to make a relationship work. I help couples stuck in fighting, withdrawal & disconnection, who feel alone, unheard & misunderstood in their relationship no matter what they do to make it work. Using Gottman Method, I teach you what it takes to feel emotionally safe, understood & connected in the relationship.

Being from the Middle East myself gives me a strong understanding of the experience as well as of that particular cultural background. I have also lived in so many culturally-diverse communities, which has exposed me to different backgrounds and enabled me to practice from a culturally-competent lens.

-
I help couples bring back harmony, connection, safety, and stability to their relationship instead of chaos, hostility, and discord.

TLDR:
-
I also help individuals find hope, purpose and inner peace. I can also support you as you navigate life as a 1st or 2nd generation immigrant.
-
I'm Egyptian with strong exposure to multicultural backgrounds. Bonus: We can also work in Arabic!
-
Don’t know what you need? I'll help you figure out what's missing & feel yourself again.
-
My approach is warm, direct and blended with autonomy & humor.

Here's what to expect when you work with me ..
