Whether you're struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma, my focus is to help you find hope, purpose and inner peace and to help you see a future with genuine smiles. You'll learn to go about your day without constantly worrying about what could go wrong and without being triggered by past traumas. I help immigrants bridge the cultural gap & feel home away from home. And if you're just not sure, I'll help you know what you want in life & how to get there. 

Fees: $180 - $215 [+GST]

I work with couples stuck in fighting, withdrawal, and disconnection, and help them bring back harmony, safety, and stability to their relationship. If you feel alone, unheard, and misunderstood, and no matter what you do, you can't seem to make it work, I can teach you what it takes to feel emotionally safe, understood & connected in the relationship. 

Fees: $215 - $385 [+GST]

Hiking Boots

Walk-and-talk therapy is counselling conducted outdoors, typically while walking. Instead of the office, we have our session outdoors and embark on your self-exploration or healing journey in one of British Columbia's beautiful parks or trails. Walk-and-talk therapy combines exercise, fresh air, and nature with the benefits of therapy, which boosts your mood, reduces stress, and takes you on a very unique path to growth. 

Fees: $180 - $215 [+GST]
