I work with couples stuck in fighting, withdrawal, and disconnection, and help them bring back harmony, safety, and stability to their relationship. If you feel alone, unheard, and misunderstood, and no matter what you do, you can't seem to make it work, I can teach you what it takes to feel emotionally safe, understood & connected in the relationship.
Whether you're struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma, my focus is to help you find hope, purpose and inner peace and to help you see a future with genuine smiles. You can wake up not feeling numb or empty and actually have something to look forward to. You'll learn to go about your day without constantly worrying about what could go wrong and without being triggered by past traumas. I help immigrants bridge the cultural gap & feel home away from home. And if you're just not sure, I'll help you know what you want in life & how to get there.
Not recognizing yourself when you look in the mirror is painful. Not recognizing the person you once fell in love with and losing yourself in a relationship is painful.
