MA Counselling Psychology | Registered Clinical Counsellor
A designation of
BC Association of
Clinical Counsellors
You may have landed here at a crossroad in your life and mental health journey, and my goal is to help you navigate through the “blocks and mixed signals”, so that you can tune into yourself to gain clarity on what you need to do and how to meet your healing and mental health goals.
I have worked with many clients from diverse genders, ages, and cultures. I have provided support in the following areas: stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues (romantic and non-romantic), compassion/caretaking fatigue, and grief (which includes the loss of loved ones, relationships, and experiences). One of my passions is helping people navigate life challenges while simultaneously juggling multiple roles and cultural expectations. Growing up as an Indo-Canadian female in BC has given me first-hand experience in the push and pull of being raised in different cultures and societal expectations.
My approach is warm, sensitive, empowering, and collaborative. Depending upon a specific client’s needs or goals, I draw upon different frameworks which include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
I encourage you to take the first step and book a free consultation with me! We will talk about your goals going into this, and how
I can help you get to where you want to be.
* I offer counselling in both English an Punjabi.

OUT OF THE OFFICE
I was born and raised in BC by my parents and extended family who immigrated to Canada from Punjab, India and have lived here my entire life.

I'm a mother of two young children which keeps me busy and my previous career was as a business professional where I worked extensively in employee relations and training.
During my downtime I love to read, spend time in nature, practice yoga, and travel.
Here is a picture of me on a river cruise in
New Orleans.
